Key Responsibilities:
✅Financial Planning: Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
✅Accounting and Reporting: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses.
✅Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards in India. Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments. Legal and Licensing management, tax registration.
✅Cash Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize financial stability and growth opportunities.
Payroll Management: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
✅Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
✅Financial Strategy: Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, supporting decision-making processes with insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
✅Audits and Taxation: Coordinate internal and external audits, liaise with auditors, and manage tax compliance and filings.
✅Vendor Management: Oversee vendor contracts, negotiations, and payments to optimize cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
▶️Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree).
▶️Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in a mid-size company.
▶️Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, GST and tax regulations.
▶️Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
▶️Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
▶️Strong leadership and team management abilities.
▶️Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
▶️Attention to detail and accuracy.
▶️Ability to work independently and under pressure.
