Role Overview :
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to contribute to our success. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and implement creative recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for each role.
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
4. Build a strong talent pipeline and proactively network to engage with potential candidates.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
Qualifications :
1.Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Should be a qualified graduate from a recognized university
6. Location : Mumbai ( Santacruz )
7. Mode : Work from office
8. Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days
