Experience : 5 to 8 Years.

- Exhibit strong decision-making skills.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
- Work with the tech team to fulfill resourcing requirements by identifying candidates for interviews and onboarding the right candidates.
- Closely work with the recruitment Team / process by conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Work with the Finance & Audit team to provide timely details to ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly books.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.
